Once the pricing is confirmed, you may request for samples to examine our quality. However, the cost of the sample will be charged upfront. Upon confirmation of your order with a quantity surpassing the MOQ, the sample cost will be refundable. |
What file formats do you accept for printing purposes? |
We accept AI, PDF, CoreDraw, and high-resolution JPG files. |
Can you help me with designing my packaging? |
Absolutely. We have an experienced and professional design team that can help you bring your packaging ideas to life. If you do not have any design files, send us high-resolution images, your logo, and text, and we will create finished files for you to confirm. |
How long will it take for me to receive a sample? |
Upon payment of the sample charge and confirmation of the files, we will deliver the samples within 7-15 days. We use express delivery, and the package should arrive in your location within 3 days. If you do not have an express account, you may prepay us. |
What is the estimated time for mass production? |
The time to complete the order depends on the number of products you require and the season you place the order. For an MOQ, we need around 35 to 45 days to complete the order. It is advisable to start your inquiry at least two months before you plan to receive the products. |
